The “Tradiphon“ is a mobile interactive media station that illustrates the theme of traditions in urban society and at the same time collects new phenomena. Interviews with scientists and representatives of cultural politics are shown and the viewer can take part in a survey.
The object is made of yellow dyed plywood and is formally reminiscent of various sound bodies, such as a gramophone. The materialization and the fittings refer to an event case – a suitcase with fragile content.
