The house is protected as historical monuments in the neo-Renaissance style. The conversion and renovation of Thunstrasse included the merging of two apartments into two maisonette apartments each, the conversion of the attic into one apartment, as well as the complete renovation including the building shell and the technical infrastructure. Within the apartments, an internal folding staircase, which winds up in an overheight room on a minimal floor space, connects the two floors with each other.
